Jonathan has 15 years’ management experience, nine of which have been in Business Development and the last eight have been spent in a Business Development role within the FE sector. Over the last four years Jonathan has overseen the development of partnerships with 60 FE colleges and a number of blue–chip clients, including Channel 4, Microsoft, BskyB and NatWest. Jonathan is a qualified Emotional Intelligence Assessor, has a degree in French and German and an MA in Entrepreneurship from the University of Durham Business School. Jonathan is responsible for business development.

Richard has over 17 years’ experience in general management and business development for training organisations, including a wide range of experience of developing international business. Richard has worked in the Further Education sector for the last 11 years. He was responsible for the operational side of an organisation providing distance learning opportunities for over 50,000 learners. At Creating Careers Richard is responsible for the development of new relationships with colleges and training providers, currently standing at 60. He is fluent in Spanish and has in–depth experience of managing a sales force and partners across the Hispanic–speaking world. Richard has a PGCE and is a qualified Emotional Intelligence Assessor. He also has an MBA (Exec) in Spanish from one of the leading European Business Schools.
