v–Portfolio is a web–based e–portfolio developed by the vision2learn team. It can be used by anyone who needs a web–based system for delivering and storing evidence relating to competence–based qualifications such as NVQs, SVQs and VRQs including learners, tutors, teachers, assessors and employers. Is there any difference in the way that evidence is authenticated?

No, not really. Internal verifiers will advise re: a particular centre’s requirements such as candidate interviews, observations, witness testimonies and questioning. Assessors are still required to judge that candidates have submitted their own work as evidence.
